In Stephen Pinker’s article The Brain: The Mystery of Conciousness, we are given a look into the modern psychological field of consciousness. Separated into eight sections including an introduction, Pinker’s work attempts to explain how contemporary scientists and philosophers alike try their hardest to crack two questions: The Easy Problem and The Hard Problem. While there remains debate as to the distinction between these two Problems as told later in the article, they encompass the unknown aspects of the human consciousness through both the separation between conscious and unconscious thoughts and that of the personal subjective experience.
