By analyzing the distribution of the plot and skewness value of the Beds variable, we can determine the distribution of the sample. We observe a 1.41 skewness value, corroborating a highly rightward skewed unimodal distribution as shown in the histogram. From there, we can conclude that the Beds variable is not symmetric and is significantly skewed.
